The Naked Juice Diet – Whats it Really About ?

 The  Naked Juice Diet  is type of Juice Fast

The only  difference between the Naked Juice Diet and a Normal Juice Diet is the type of juice you use.

If you choose to do a processed juice diet you will loose weight BUT If you use fresh vegetable juice you will dramatically improve your skin, hair, nails, energy, immune system!
Whats the point in getting slimmer but not improving other aspects of your biology to make you feel better.

Isn’t that the whole point of a diet ? to feel good about yourself!

If you want to do part fast and part Juice diet each week you will notice massive changes in weight over a month.

My ultimate long term recommendation for weight loss is to do 2/TWO  24hr fasts per week until you get to the weight you want .

So lets concentrate on a proper juice diet.

You may be asking yourself why more people dont Juice ?

The reason is because it can be a right pain the in ***

The main thing being the time it takes to clean up and the time it takes!

The good thing is you can speed things up and make things a lot simplier by doing certain things

1. Make sure you do the juicing on newspaper this makes it easy to scoop up the mess and chuck it
straight into the bin. There is nothing worse than bits of vegetables all over the worktop!.

2. Put a carrier bag into the compartment where the pulp comes out. This means you dont have to
clean as much as the pulp goes straight into the bag!

3. ALWAYS!!! put the pulp out of the house, if you leave it a few hours it will start to smell, Throw it on the garden it will love it.

4. Cut all your Veg up into juicable sizes and put it into a container, this will make it easier day to day and create less mess. Get as much ready as you can.

If you are going to take this seriously the first thing to do is get a good Masticating Juicer. The most important things to me are how easy is it to clean up and how effective is it at getting the juice out.

I have had 4 Juicers, the first three were the standard type juicer that you get in the department stores. They produced the juice but were a chore to clean and this alone was enough to put me off them. I have now had the same juicer for 7 YEARS! and that’s using it most days. This thing works as well now as it did the first day I got it and I cant recommend it enough to anyone.  If you spend a little more on a juicer and its easy to clean your going to incorporate this into your life. Since we have had no questions yet I am going to try and offer you some day to day tips that will keep you going.

While doing a juice diet

Make sure you dont over do it with the fruits, try to juice mostly vegetables. Its not the best tasting but we are here to get healthy and sometimes we have to give a little to gain a lot.

You will drop weight on a juice diet as long as it doesn’t contain lots of sugar. Please also drink plenty of water while doing any type of Fast/Diet.

While doing 24hr Fast

COFFEE : If you are feeling hungry then having some more strong black coffee seems to help. Its not ideal and I wouldn’t say Caffeine is necessarily healthy, but when you are doing a 24hr Fast it can really help stop the hunger cravings.

HERBAL TEAS : Herbal tea’s are also a great alternative to Coffee when you are doing a fast. As long as what you are drinking does not contain Sugar, go for it.

Have you heard of a 7 Day fast for total body renewel ? Well if not I will be detailing this shortly – its sounds hard but the benefits outweigh the effort to do this.

Lets talk more about the naked juice diet and what actually is then will go on to discuss how it’s a short-term fix that really won’t offer any long-term benefit. Juicing is probably one of the best ways to increase your overall health and lose weight.  what you will gain from this is  more energy more excitement for life a great sense of well-being, better skin hair and nails the list goes on.

With the naked juice diet its quite easy for most people because it tastes delicious and it’s easy to do. The thing with the naked juice is that the juice has been pasteurised this means all the enzymes have been removed from the juice. The enzymes are the most important part and these enzymes give you all the benefits mentioned above. So to really get the benefits from a juice diet you really need to be doing it with fresh fruit and vegetables.The more vegetables and less fruits you have the quicker you will feel the benefits and lose weight.

If you are serious about this you will need to buy a juicer but this is more of a life investment than anything else. Once you been juicing for around seven days you will really start to feel the difference in your life and this will inspire you to continue. If you don’t have the money for a juicer and you really want to lose weight you should try fasting. Ideally you would do a fast and then incorporate more vegetables into your diet.

The best thing to do would be to do a couple of fasts a week and drink juice as you come off the fast. If you really want results near sick and tired of all the diet fads and crazes and have a look at the 24-hour fast that will get you what you want and provide ongoing health benefits.
